- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆The camp spot by the river is beautiful, and there is a new pit toilet which is very convenient - make sure you bring toilet paper. This is a paid campsite (recent increase in cost this year), but the platforms for the tents do not have enough pegs to actually use, and is not good for small one person tents. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Walk-in campground, just 2km out of Dinner Plain. The campground trail is not properly marked but if you follow Mt Tabletop track you will pass it. JB Hut is not the campground but I guess people camp there too. No signs. Lovely meadow but high grass. Watch out for snakes.By Linda Loca, September 13, 2016
